Have you tried my Protein Noodle Lasagna?
It is a fan favorite!
I wrote that recipe over 15 years ago because when I was a teenager, my mom would always make us our favorite meal on our birthdays. Mine was always lasagna. As a 43 year old woman, I still want to celebrate with lasagna and since I have been keto for over 26 years now, I make my lasagna without the carbs!
One of my certified keto coaches texted me that I should make a pizza protein noodle lasagna. I was about to get on a flight but I quickly had to get everything out so I could make this delicious meal (it drives Craig nuts how impatient I am with my recipes:).

I just didn’t agree with some of the products that were advertised. They were keto products, but they were unhealthy and I would never personally eat most of the products. Instead, I have created a shopping list where you can find all the healthy ingredients that are difficult to find in the grocery store (and if you do find them, they are often very expensive).
I have done a lot of detective work and found the lowest prices on for all of the products I use and love. Everything from food, pantry items, kitchen tools, supplements, and skin products are on my list.
I rarely waste time in the grocery store because I find everything online for a way better price!
All you have to do is click on the words in my recipes and it will take you right to the correct item. If you add them to your cart I get a tiny commission that helps me afford to keep practicing recipes (Recipe experimenting can costing me a fortune!…but I love helping!).

Protein Noodle Pizza Lasagna

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

To assemble the easy lasagna, spread 1 1/2 cups of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Arrange sliced deli turkey on top of the sauce to cover the sauce well. Spread evenly with one half of the ricotta cheese. Top the ricotta with a third of mozzarella cheese and top with your favorite pizza toppings.

Repeat layers, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil: to prevent sticking, either spray foil with cooking spray or make sure the foil does not touch the cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

Cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serve with my Protein Sparing Garlic Bread!

Store extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days. Can be frozen for up to a month. Makes great leftovers!
