The BEST Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

TIPS FOR MAKING HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Let them rest after coming out of the oven.

This is from one of my recipe testers: “This will be my go-to PB cookie from this day forward!! Delicious!!

I was worried because warm out of the oven they were falling apart. I put them in the fridge and when cooked completely were perfect!!  It was so nice to have a PB cookie! My mom made them for us as kids ❤️

And when my son, Collin asks for a second or third, you know it’s good!

Measure the butter!

I made the mistake (which you can see on my YouTube video) of not measuring the butter. I ended up with flat cookies that tasted great, but obviously had too much butter (yes, too much butter is a thing:)

WHY LESS FAT AND MORE PROTEIN?

Keto is great for so many reasons! It helps lower blood pressure, it helps reverse insulin resistance and Type 2 diabetes, it helps stop migraines, it helps with ADHD and so much more. But lets be honest, 99% of people try keto because they heard it can help them lose weight. Many times people try keto and they are quickly frustrated because they are not seeing the results they thought they would.

Why is that? Well, they are eating way to much fat and calories. Yep. Sorry to tell you, calories do matter. Biology still matters even on a ketogenic diet.

“Hi Maria! I thank you for doing what you do. You have played a part in saving my son.

My 6 year old started having non febrile seizures in 2021.

The Lord brought a nutritionist into my life and recommended you.

I followed your advice and he stopped having seizures!

Slowly over the course of 22 months I have started reintroduced foods to see if he could handle them.

This past Tuesday I reintroduced GLUTEN. The next day he had his first grand mal seizure in 22 months!

It’s clear to me that health comes from clean unaltered food. I will never give him gluten again.

But wanted to say thank you. I had 4 neurologist specialists tell me that seizures are not food related. My thorough record keeping proves otherwise.

I’m grateful for you!” Jess
