My Keto Pink Drink is light, fruity, and delicious! You won’t have to miss out on this Starbucks coffee shop favorite when you can make your own low carb pink drink at home. This easy recipe is also dairy-free, sugar-free, and Trim Healthy Mama friendly.
The official (or unofficial) Starbucks Pink Drink is full of sugar. To make my own I just went with the strawberry coconut combination and played around. I really love the results.
My first attempt looked a lot thicker than the Starbucks photos. So I went back to the kitchen to make a Starbucks pink drink recipe that was more drink than a smoothie. Then I was thinking how nice this would be as an FP for the Trim Healthy Mama diet, so I made one more variety. The 1 ½ tablespoon of full-fat coconut milk has 5 grams of fat which keeps it in Fuel Pull territory.
I have a few different options for this easy Keto Pink Drink so you can make it to your preference! Why not try all the ways to make your own original pink drink right at home? I love all the simple ingredients!

Ingredients
Water – Cold water works best.
Berry Hibiscus tea bag – I love the flavor that this herbal tea gives.
Raspberry Zinger tea bag – This is what gives this favorite drink that pop of raspberry taste.
Sweetener – While you can use any sweetener for this famous pink drink, I like to use my own.
Coconut milk or heavy cream – The blend of coconut milk gives this popular drink a bit of a creamy texture.
Strawberries – Fresh strawberries are so flavorful for this delicious keto drink. Perfect for hot summer days.
Xanthan gum (optional) – Adding a pinch of xanthan gum helps prevent frozen or blended drinks from separating.
How To Make a Keto Pink Drink
You need to brew some tea, add sweetener, coconut milk, and strawberries, and cool it with ice. That’s it! See the ingredients and complete instructions in the recipe card below.
Substitutions
Fruit-flavored tea – You can change a bit of the taste of this creamy pink beverage by using different types of tea. You can make it a stronger tea flavor as well.
Almond milk – Instead of using coconut milk for this delicious pink drink, almond milk can also work.
Be sure to try my Healthy Matcha Latte Recipe as well!
Variations
Use sugar-free syrups – A little bit of syrup can add some fun flavors to this drink!
Common Questions
If you are on social media at all chances are you’ve seen photos floating around of the Starbuck’s secret menu “Pink Drink.” I’ve been drooling over them for days. It is a Strawberry Acai Refresher combined with vanilla syrup, coconut milk, and chunks of fresh strawberries. It is not sugar-free or low carb. The Refreshers have sugar and so does the coconut milk Starbucks uses. Bummer. So, I made up my own copycat in this Keto Pink Drink Recipe!
Update! You can actually order a Starbucks Keto Pink Drink nowadays. Just ask for iced passion tea with no sugar, sugar free vanilla syrup, heavy cream, and ice. I still prefer my homemade dairy-free versions, but it’s nice to be able to order one when out as well.
Yes! I like the combination of a berry teabag and a raspberry teabag but you can really use any strawberry, raspberry, mixed berry tea bags you have already. Passion tango or passion tea bags are great too.
I think so – and to be honest, I like my keto version of the pink drink better! It’s delicious any time of year and a great way to save money while getting that fruity flavor at home. You don’t have to stress out about driving to your local Starbucks any longer as you can make this secret menu item easily right at home!
