Most of us establish our go-to mayo brand early in life. It’s a combination of where you grew up, what dishes you grew up eating, and your own flavor and texture preferences. Once you lock one in, you might not be inclined to venture away from it.
But for the endless ways mayo can be useful in the kitchen, sometimes your standard spread doesn’t have all the flavor you’re looking for. With a little more zing, it could really amp up your average tomato sandwich or pimento cheese.
Well, Kraft is answering those plain mayo problems by infusing its signature spread with another fan-favorite flavor: pickles.
Kraft’s New Pickle Mayonnaise Dressing Is Available Now
Kraft is combining two essential sandwich toppings into one next-level dressing, and it’s exclusively available at Walmart.
According to Kraft (and our own personal food trend radars), pickle obsession is at an all-time high. The internet is loving everything from pickle dips to pickle crackers and even pickle cupcakes. So, Kraft got in on the flavor fun with its own take on the pickle craze: a new pickle-flavored condiment. Now, you can skip the relish and slather pickle flavor right onto your favorite dishes.
“KRAFT Pickle Mayonnaise Dressing combines the tanginess of real pickle relish with KRAFT’s creamy mayonnaise for a crisp punch of flavor versatile enough to compliment anything from grilled classics to fresh subs,” the brand shared in an email.
The new spread has the smooth and creamy consistency of classic mayo, but with a bold and briny pickle kick—plus some freshness from dill. Whether you use it for dipping your fries, topping your tots, slathering onto your burger buns, or trying any of these other chef-level mayo tricks, this dressing will offer the ultimate flavor upgrade to all your dishes.
“I love pickle with mayonnaise sandwiches! Now it will be even better!” said one excited fan. “Need this in my life,” commented another.
The dressing is now available at Walmart stores nationwide at a suggested retail price of $4.79 for a 12-ounce bottle. So even if you’ve had a lifelong love affair with Duke’s, Hellmann’s, or even Miracle Whip, we think it’s time for another condiment to share that space on the fridge shelf.
Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’re about to whip up some perfectly briny pickle coleslaws and macaroni salads before the summer comes to an end.
