Bojangles Just Added a New Menu Item It’s Never Offered Before

On the heels of similar announcements from Popeyes and Buffalo Wild Wings, Bojangles is tossing its hat into the ring of fast food restaurants now offering chicken wings.

Wings are new to the Bojangles menu, but the fast food restaurant is known for making good fried chicken. In a taste test, Bojangles’ fried chicken came in second, beating out both KFC and Zaxby’s (but not Popeyes), so we’re ready and willing to give Bojangles the benefit of the doubt when it comes to adding wings to its menu, even if for just a limited time. (We suspect that if they go over well with fans, they may be a more permanent item, but we have no inside info.)

Bojangles’ New Chicken Wings

Football season is upon us, and wings and football go hand in hand. They’re a must at every tailgate and home watch party. Buffalo wings are the standard, but they’re no longer the only wing in the game.

Bojangles

Bojangles’ new wings come in three flavors: Creamy Buffalo, BBQ, and Classic (no sauce). All three varieties start with chicken wings marinated in a secret blend of bold spices, cooked till crispy, and served with house-made ranch.

The new menu offering comes in packs of 20, 40, or 60 wings, or they can be purchased as part of a combo meal or an add-on to any order. To get wing fans on “Team Bojangles,” the chain is offering 20 percent off a five-piece wing combo with fries and a soft drink when ordered through the Bojangles app. Don’t sit on this deal, though, as it’s a limited-time offering and only good for one use.
