What’s not to love about a good pancake? I even love pancakes for dinner! Making a simple and tasty recipe for all of my carnivore friends and family was a great pleasure for me! I hope you all love it!

HOW TO MAKE CARNIVORE PANCAKES

Carnivore Pancakes

Prep Time 5 minutes

Cook Time 1 minute

  • Place all of the ingredients in a mini food processor or blender and combine until very smooth.

  • Spray a skillet with tallow spray and heat over medium high heat. Once hot, pour the batter into the skillet to make 3 inch pancakes (you will get about 8 small pancakes). Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook until done, another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the skillet and repeat with additional cooking spray and batter.

  • Dip the pancakes in a runny egg or whatever your heart desires! I love to make breakfast sandwiches with 2 pancakes, sausage and an egg (like a McMuffin)!

I’ve lost 200lbs from my highest weight of 324 lbs in 2016 to my current weight of 124 lbs.
