- Egg yolks – If you are concerned about using raw egg yolks you can purchase pasteurized eggs or you can temper the ice cream base.

How to Make Strawberry Cottage Cheese Ice Cream
Step One: Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Step Two: Blend until smooth. This may take a minute or two.
Step Three: Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine.
Step Four: Freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions. At this point it is like soft serve.
Step Five: You can eat it now or transfer it to a freezer safe container to firm up.
