What’s your go-to order at Panera Bread? Is it one of its delicious soups like broccoli cheddar? Or is it the avocado toast that was brought back after loyal customers begged for it? What about the viral Panera order that took TikTok by storm, which involved dunking Panera’s mac and cheese into its French onion soup?
The sandwich chain already has so much deliciousness on its menu, but it wouldn’t think of resting on its laurels. Like other restaurants that know their customers need things shaken up from time to time, Panera is adding three new sandwiches featuring one of its most popular savory baked goods: the Asiago Bagel.
Panera’s New Asiago Bagel Stack Sandwiches
Panera’s Asiago Bagels consist of chunks of Asiago cheese baked into the dough. If you’re familiar with them, you know it’s a very cheesy affair. While they taste amazing, toasted and spread with Panera’s Honey Walnut Cream Cheese, they also, it turns out, make for a great sandwich bread.
Beginning Jan. 9, Panera will have three new crave-worth sandwiches all on its savory Asiago Bagels:
- Chicken Roma: Grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, basil, arugula, Green Goddess dressing, and a garlic aioli drizzle.
- Spicy Steak: Marinated steak, melty provolone, creamy salsa verde spread, arugula, red onions, and zesty sweet peppers.
- Zesty Tuscan: Grilled chicken, soppressata, provolone, basil, arugula, zesty sweet peppers, and garlic aioli drizzle.
Hungry now? Because we are! Each new Asiago Bagel Stack Sandwich costs $7.99 and comes with a side of chips. Add one of Panera’s hot or cold drinks, and you have a savory, satisfying sandwich that’s great for lunch or dinner.
To celebrate the new sandwiches, Panera is kicking off a “Bagel Bash” promotion. From Jan. 15 to Jan. 21, any MyPanera member is eligible for a free bagel if they order one of the new stack sandwiches.
