One of my favorite date night venues to visit with my husband is Kyma, a Greek restaurant here in Central NJ. They have great fresh food with vibrant flavors. Their Greek tzatziki sauce is so good I could probably eat it with a spoon. My kids love it too, and they fight over it whenever we bring home leftovers. So, I starting making this easy keto tzatziki sauce at home. You can’t go wrong with eating this low-carb, keto, gluten-free, and grain-free dish. Only 1.6 net carbs!

I eat tzatziki sauce year-round, but I especially love it on those hot days when warm food is too heavy. Instead, it’s a refreshing way to cool off.
